  • It is not possible to change or cancel your registered details (plan/email address/credit card information) after submitting your application. This service incurs a fee regardless of whether you use it or not (refunds and by-the-day payments are not possible).
  • You need to commence using this service within 150 days of submitting your application. It is not possible to extend or change the deadline for commencing use of the service once the application is submitted.
  • We are unable to answer questions relating to customer information, such as registered details, account information and payment status.
  • Please be sure to confirm the details of the service’s restrictions and other terms and agree to the "Contract Clause for Wireless IP Telecommunications Network Service" and "Conditions for Provision of Service" before submitting your application.
